Hello, my name is Sean Barrett. Five years ago I switched career paths from high school education to health and fitness. This is my passion, and even though I didn’t realize it until a few years ago, it has been for most of my life. I am constantly reading, watching and talking about all things health. Now more than ever we need good coaches and health professionals, so that’s why I decided to become a health professional myself. My driving force is to help people become happier and healthier by showing them how movement and food can benefit anyone and everyone.
Personally, fitness has helped me in so many ways. The mental balance it brings to my life, the energy, the camaraderie, the competition and the continuing education about my mental and physical health all stem from fitness. I love waking up everyday knowing that I’m going to improve my overall health with structured movement.
